Apalta Valley, Santa Cruz, Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileSappy, cassis, minty, chocolate, smoky chipotle, spicy, peppery, black cherry aromas with a strong vanilla streak. Rich, round, dry, somewhat tannic entry with good acidity and some heat. Big peppery, spicy, smoky oaky vanilla, cedar, tobacco, black cherry, cassis minty flavours. A bit hot but has good finesse, length and intensity with some tannins to shed.
