Apalta Valley, Santa Cruz, Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileAlpha M mixes cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc in a spicy, cassis, cherry jam, peppery, coffee, menthol style spiked with dried thyme, vanilla and saddle leather aromas. The entry is dry and elegant with a slightly tight, lean palate for the moment. Coffee, black olive, green bean, tobacco, cassis, sappy, cherry, cedar, rooty, resin, meaty flavours.
