Tuscany, ItalySmoky, gamey, black cherry jam, tobacco, mocha cream, waxy vanilla aromas. Rich, ripe, round and fat but quite succulent with grip. Big spicy, black cherry jam, vanilla, peppery, clove, chocolate pudding flavours with a black raspberry finish. Warm, good acid, structured with chalky tannins. Needs 2-5 years to round out.
