Marche, ItalyStrong vanilla, coffee, gamey animal, prune, black cherry, earthy, waxy aromas with some blackberry. Very dry, somewhat tannic but ripe and rich with coffee, peppery, prune plum, vanilla, black cherry, spicy, meaty flavours. Somewhat tight and tannic on the finish with lots of oak, needs 2-3 years or a big, marbled steak.
