Clare Valley, South Australia, AustraliaVery dark black cherry colour previews this cool-climate Clare Valley. Minty, garrigue, smoky, gamey, meaty, black pepper, vanilla aromas. Rich, round, smooth and intense with big black berry jam, peppery, minty, spicy vanilla, chocolate pudding flavours and some blueberry, raspberry on the finish.
