Tedeschi Amarone della Valpolicella 2001
Pedemonte Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto, ItalyBig smoky, spicy, tobacco, mocha, floral, black cherry nose with hints of cedar and dried plum. Rich, round, ripe and smooth with supple tannins. Massive ripe black cherry, plum jam fruit with peppery, spicy, cigar, mocha, and tar flavours. Clean and fruity with very good acidity and balance.
