Rutherford, Napa Valley, California, United StatesThe always distinctive Sycamore blend of 76/14/10/ cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc has spicy, leather, tobacco, barnyard nose streaked with peppery, minty aromas and a touch of cassis and mocha. Rich, round, smooth and dry but elegant with big cassis, tobacco, spicy, cedar-y, black olive, waxy plum flavours and some warm earth notes. Somewhat Pauillac in style with a slightly herbal note with nice finesse.
