Chablis, Burgundy, FranceAnother fabulous effort from Fèvre in 2002. This wine has such purity it is a poster child for serious Chablis. Minerals, chalky crushed seashells mix with floral fruit a bit of spice and just a hint of wood. More white Burgundy then Chablis except for the piecing clean finish.
