Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaThree Eden Valley vineyards were carefully selected for the Mesh project with the aim to make a wine with a strong citrus flavour and slight mineral profile that is typical of the Eden Valley. Look for lime rind, green peach, slate and Vaseline nose with a hint of green apple skin. Round, slightly oily palate with lots of green apple skin, lime and smoky slate flavours.
