Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaStrong lime, floral, peach, red apple, mineral, guava aromas. Dry, crisp, fresh, round, slightly austere palate but very refined and elegant and dry. Creamy, mineral, slate, lime, lemon, peach pit, granny smith skin, smoky flavours. Delicate, crisp, creamy finish.
