Napa - Sonoma - Mendocino, California, United StatesWe applaud the helpful Napa - Sonoma - Mendocino moniker on the label and the black berry, sandalwood, spicy, cassis jam nose streaked with vanilla, earthy tobacco and garrigue. Ripe, round, rich and elegant it has slightly grainy tannins that give it a grippy texture in the mouth. Coffee, blackberry, vanilla, peppery spicy flavours dominate with more cassis, olive and mocha on the finish.
