J. Bookwalter Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesOpen peppery, spicy, vanilla, roasted pepper nose with smoky, cassis jam, tobacco and licorice streaks. Rich and concentrated on the palate with supple, grainy tannins. It's a bit sweet with ripe blackberry jam, vanilla and pepper mixing with smoky cardamom coffee flavours. The finish is long, hot and peppery finish - almost over the top but if you like ripe, warm and intense cabernet this is for you.Tasted: 02 April 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $59.99 | 750ml | Specialty |
