Yecla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainIntense white pepper, gamey, black cherry licorice nose with a touch of smoke and saddle leather. Rich, round entry with slightly grainy, dry tannins. Big black cherry black raspberry jam, gamey, meaty, smoky earth flavours. A touch acidic and young but has great fruit and intensity. Will benefit from a nicely grilled lamb chop or steak with grilled parmesan tomatoes. Strong value here.
