Luigi Einaudi Barolo 2000

Dogliani, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyTwenty percent of Einaudi Barolo is aged in barrique, 80% in barrel. Look for a spicy clove, vanilla, and leather, tobacco prune aromas with some truffle and tar with black cherry jam streaks. Dry, lean and somewhat hard. Big vanilla, peppery, iron, tar, sour cherry, dry rose petal and cedar flavours.
