Dogliani, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyCherry brick colour. Hot with a big barnyard, saddle leather, spicy, prune, licorice root nose with some truffle, tobacco and kirsch. Rich, round, dry and slightly tannic but elegant and tight. Big cherry, mineral, peppery, spicy, resiny, smoky prune flavours with some tobacco, cherry and vanilla on the finish.
