Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaLicorice, gamey, black pepper, black raspberry jam, mineral, coffee vanilla aromas with a touch of saddle leather. Rich, round, suave and warm with light tannins and some heat on the finish. Lots of ripe black raspberry jam, vanilla, licorice, peppery, mocha, spicy, cedar-y flavours.
