Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPeppery, meaty, floral, blackberry, smoky, tobacco, caraway, cardamom, barnyard, saddle leather aromas. Round, dry, elegant but a bit tart with light tannins. Prune plum, spicy, peppery, meaty, coffee, licorice root, orange peel, vanilla, saddle leather flavours. Good aromatics but could use a bit more balance in the mouth.
