Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaCousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill-Smith, champions of Adelaide Hills fruit, now have their own facility to produce their beloved racy sauvignon. Looked for a mix of canned jalapeno pepper, grapefruit rind, and passion fruit leaf with gooseberry aromas. Round, slightly oily textured with good acidity.
