Tuscany, ItalyThe 1999 vintage in Tuscany is considered to be outstanding with excellent wines made in most every region as evidenced by the 99 Ducale. Not as powerful as the '97s the '99s are all about elegance and style with beautiful balance of fruit in the mouth. Flavours of cherries and almonds and an undercurrent of forest floor make this a highly enjoyable Chianti Classico.
