Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig spicy, orange rind nose streaked with pepper, cherry jam and vanilla with lots of smoky oak, cherry cola notes and just a touch of leafiness at the end. A perfect example of why merlot is so well suited to B.C. when the crop load and winemaking is right. Rich, hot, ripe tannins with big coffee, dill, smoky oak flavours mix with clove, cherry and pepper.
