Jackson-Triggs Merlot Proprietors' Grand Reserve 1998
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy earthy resiny woody nose with just a hint of plum fruit. The soft entry and round textures give away the varietal as merlot but the fruit is dull giving way to leather and resin. It's young and will improve but its not showing much value at this point. Not as good as the '97.Tasted: 01 March 2001Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $24.95 | 750ml |
