Bolgheri, Tuscany, ItalyLe Volte is produced from the young cabernet sauvignon and merlot vines of the Ornellaia estate blended with Sangiovese coming from selected growers in the coastal zone. Look for spicy, peppery, black cherry jam, slightly gamey, barnyard notes with some cassis. Round and textured with some light, dry tannins. Very earthy, peppery, spicy, gamey flavours with licorice and cherry in the finish.
