South Australia, AustraliaThis shows lovely vanilla, creamy, ripe plummy nose with hints of cedar and nutmeg. Quite elegant on the palate as well, with good acid structure amid all the opulent fruit and French wood. Dry tannin provides structure too, indeed this could age nicely.
