CedarCreek Sauvignon Blanc 2000

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2000 CedarCreek is 100 per cent sauvignon made with mostly Black Hills (Black Sage bench - South Okanagan) grapes with just a touch of fruit from the Naramata area. Look for a light gooseberry grapefruit aromas. The entry is drier with grassy overtones and grapefruit rind flavours in the finish. Winemaker DiBello plans to make a richer wine in 2001 by adding sémillon to the blend.Tasted: 01 September 2001Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
