Region del Valle Central, ChilePleasant floral apple melon and bubblegum on the nose. Fresh lean, tight style with dry grapefruit flavours. Very clean and very fresh but the dryness means it has to be served with food. Prawns on the BBQ would be a fine match. Reminds of an Entre-Deux-Mers-like.
