Carmen Pinot Noir Reserve 1998
Valle del Maipo, Region del Valle Central, ChileFermented in 5000 litre tanks and cold macerated for five days. Open top fermentation. No cold control. Then to barrel make malolactic to the barrels. 1,2 and 3 year-old barrels. 80 percent French. Sometimes they end the fermentation in the barrel. Fine color. Very expressive peppery nose.
