Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay 1999

South Australia, AustraliaIs this the Penfolds equivalent to Bin 65? Very consistent style here with vanilla, citrus, melon and pear fruit flavours. Fresh and grassy in the mouth with a crisp, citrus/lime finish. Usually on the leaner, dryer side but always very fruity. Good value and a fine summer sipper at a giveaway price.Tasted: 01 September 2000Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
