Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara County, Central Coast, California, United StatesRipe peach, pear, honey spice and floral aromas. The attack is rich and elegant with crisp acidity. A touch leaner than its Napa counterpart, the predominate flavours here are pear, citrus and apples. The aftertaste is very creamy and toasty. The flavours need a bit more time to integrate.
