South Australia, AustraliaPadthaway, Yarra Valley and Adelaide Hills fruit make up the '95 Eileen. Look for a bright yellow color. A big, toasted oak nose completely dominates the fruit at this stage. Big structure and styling, but fairly dry finish. It will require time to pull itself together.
