It’s all Canada this week at the 2018 Wine Align National Wine Awards, Canada’s largest competition for 100 percent Canadian grown wines. We have just completed the first round of The Nationals and tasting 1867 wines, now to be followed by two days of retasting the best in the finals. It's all taking place in Penticton, in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Both Treve and I are working 14-hour days all week but we will be back at the GOW tasting table with new reviews next Monday. Reminder: on July 1 we will release the second part of our Canadian rosé reviews - they just keep flooding in.
