A new winery prepares to set down roots on the historic Black Sage Bench.

Take a first look at a new winery literally emerging from the historic Black Sage Bench in the South Okanagan.

The team at Phantom Creek Estates has set the bar high for themselves and their wines but they seem willing to put in the time and hard work necessary to attain such lofty goals. Funded by the Bai family and lead by Okanagan veteran Ingo Grady we went looking for a glimpse of the Next Okanagan and found it at Phantom Creek Estates.
