Haywire Garnet Valley - Video

By: Anthony Gismondi
Pursuing the essence of the Okanagan.

Garnet Valley is 320-acres of magic uncovered by the Okanagan Crush Pad team, who have been chasing the dream of making wine that shouts the Okanagan for years.

Ten minutes north of Summerland, British Columbia, off a non-descript dirt road, on a hillside which has never been farmed, they found the perfect place to set in motion a plan of simplicity that has turned out to be a lot more work than it sounds. In our latest video, we tour the spectacular piece of dirt with OCP co-owner Christine Coletta and a herd of sheep, to see how the plan to create wines with a sense of place is progressing.
