Light amber colour. Fine bubbles with light head. Very fruity, spicy, hops nose with apricot, malt-y, cedar bark streaks and a touch of muscat. Crisp, fresh, dry style with very fruit, spicy, mineral, malt/earth/hop flavours and a touch of dried apricot on the finish. Fairly highly carbonated with a slightly bitter hops finish. Refreshing style that will go well with Asian food, spicy Indian or just quaffing after that big cycle. (2004-05-18 by AG-ST)
