BC Food and Wine Radio

By: Anthony Gismondi
Canada's longest running radio/podcast on wine has a new vista moving forward.

BC Food and Wine Radio launched on September 6, 1997, as The Best of Food and Wine with Tony and Kasey Wilson in the CFUN studios on West 2nd Avenue in Vancouver.

In 2010, the show moved to the CISL 650 studios in Richmond as the 2010 Olympics began in Vancouver. Afterward, the program partnered with Bell Media, broadcasting from their downtown Vancouver studios from late September 2017 to April 2025.

The current version of the show, nearly 28 years later, is now broadcast on the Vista Radio network, reaching more than 26 cities across British Columbia weekly, both on radio and via podcast worldwide.

The program continues its partnership with Bell Media, operating out of the downtown Vancouver studio at 969 Robson Street, and also maintains an affiliation with Stingray Radio.

The team, including Host and Executive Producer Anthony Gismondi, Director of Operations Stu Ferguson, Technical Producer Dwayne Bishop, and Social Media Producer Alaina Chun, remains focused on maintaining high production standards and providing wine content weekly throughout B.C. and internationally. For those interested in listening, the latest broadcast schedule is provided below. Our podcast is also available wherever you get your favourite podcasts.
