Carson Pinot Noir Naramata Vineyard 2013
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of the best we have tasted from the Carson/Kemp camp in a tricky year. We love the delicate pinot character here the strawberry raspberry nuances and the fresh earthy, forest floor notes. Pure, terroir-focused and eminently drinkable now. We (they) can do this. The fruit, all from the 115 clone, comes off a steep, 1.5 acre, sand over clay site facing south west.
