Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA polished, generous inaugural Lake Country Chardonnay opens with tropical and fresh orchard fruit. Ripe pineapple and pear meet fresh brioche, toasted almond, and a touch of coconut. Barrel fermentation, indigenous yeast, and partial malolactic fermentation add texture and richness without overwhelming the fruit or the inherent Lake Country character. Halibut and lobster would pair well.
