Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyFrom a mix of south- and east-facing vineyards at 300–450 metres, the Kaltern Classic is grown over clay mixed with limestone gravel, giving it richness on a bony infrastructure. It is fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel, yielding a bright yellow colour with tropical, juicy pineapple and banana flavours and a silky, creamy texture that runs through its stony finish. Love the quality here.
