Clos du Soleil Capella 2025
British Columbia, CanadaThe 2025 vintage is very much true to what we’ve come to expect from Capella: an elegant, restrained, and mineral driven blend of sauvignon blanc and sémillon (80% and 20%, respectively, this year) that shows the deft touch of winemaker Michael Clark and the distinctive salinity of the Similkameen Valley. It’s crisp and citrusy, led by white grapefruit and lemon, with a floral honeysuckle lift.
