Unsworth Vineyards Pinot Gris Saison Vineyards 2025

Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe black label signifies a single vineyard, and in this case it's Cowichan Valley's lauded Saison Vineyard and its glacial till soils. The fruit (clones 52, 53) was whole cluster pressed and fermented in 90% stainless, 10% neutral French oak, before resting 4 months on fine lees in stainless. Always a step up in concentration and complexity from the white label blends, this weaves fragrant orchard pear, tangerine peel across a river stone base, cored with pure, sweet Anjou pear, and laced with coastal salinity and freshness through the lingering finish. One of BC's top pinot gris, and in a class of its own.Tasted: 03 September 2026Tasted by: Prices:
