Township 7 Interlude Red 2024

United StatesThe Interlude Red is a replacement wine made with an unusual mix of pinot noir (42%), cabernet sauvignon (29%), merlot (20%), and syrah (9%), crafted in an obvious fruit forward style. The pinot noir and syrah come from Four Palms Vineyard in Sonoma's Russian River Valley, while the cabernet sauvignon and merlot come from Double D Vineyard in Washington State's Rocky Reach AVA. The nose is an inviting black cherry, strawberry affair with notable brown spice. The palate is soft, round, and juicy with gentle tannins and a long, juicy, spicy finish. This is a perfect barbecue red for grilled meats or chicken.Tasted: 29 September 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
