Veneto, ItalyThis eastern Soave white is anything but typical pinot grigio. It is grown organically over limestone and volcanic-laced soils, and the final mix gets some skin contact before a stainless steel fermentation. It is a crisp, vibrant, downright crunchy white with mineral and nectarine, followed by a lean, tart, linear palate of lemon, green melon, and a touch of orange.
