Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaGrace Undone is a soft, cushy rosé with a setting sun hue. At Spacedog, they describe it as "Provence restraint, with merlot muscle underneath." It is made from South Okanagan merlot, blended from three fermentation lots: a saignée method, a natural yeast fermentation, and a press method, all fermented in stainless steel, with occasional bâtonnage. Expect a dry, medium to full bodied rosé with excellent aromatics, a juicy grapefruit profile, a savoury Okanagan desert scrub touch, and a bright, mineral finish.
