It highlights Monte Creek's commitment to regenerative agriculture and cool climate viticulture, and to making fresh, pure, and approachable sparkling wine. It spends a short 12 months of aging on its lees to keep the style fresh and delicate. The power of riesling is always its fruit, and there is plenty here, led by bright orchard fruit, lemon, lime, and subtle mineral notes framed by a touch of sweetness to balance the vibrant acidity. Clean, fresh, and highly drinkable, it finishes long with lingering citrus and wet stone notes.
