Peak Cellars Skin Kissed Pinot Gris 2025

Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWinemaker Stephanie Stanley has a magical touch with aromatic whites, as this skin kissed gris shows. It looks like the province's best rosé, even if it isn't. Its pale salmon colour and light structure come from leaving the juice and skins together in the same tank overnight. On the palate, juicy apple, strawberry, and sweet lime burst forth, balanced by the light phenolics from the extended skin contact. That balance is key, and the long, juicy, dry finish holds your interest. This is a delicious wine. As I've noted before, Pinot Gris is finally finding its footing in BC, and this is one of the most exciting new models. Stock up.Tasted: 19 September 2026Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
