The winemaking includes an early picked block to bring acidity, while the rest is fermented in neutral oak barrels and concrete tanks for texture and mouthfeel. The nose offers an attractive mix of aromatic green apple, papaya, and honey. Lively and acid-led on the finish, this crisp white, full of orchard fruit, is an Okanagan charmer.
