Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis is the third year for this grüner veltliner, and it's finding its feet in Lake Country. Warm days and cool nights create the conditions for a refreshing take on grüner. It's grown on granitic soils at elevation and fermented in a mix of old and new oak, and stainless steel.
