Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe OFE opens with a deeply scented red and blue fruit nose, dusted with minerals, vanilla, and spice. This Lake Country pinot noir is grown on the granite-influenced Carr's Landing slopes. Six years later, it's in full flight, with warm berry pie, blackberry, peach compote, licorice, and savoury, earthy notes. Soft, round, and easy to drink, it finishes with tension and stony mineral. Ready to drink and at its peak. The flagship OFE Pinot is harvested in mid-October and fermented in 2 and 5 ton open top fermenters.
