Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAs you might expect, the tannat has a deep, opaque black-purple hue. The vines are now 21 years old. The nose blends earth with dried blackberries. The wine is firm and dry, with youthful, sticky tannins, yet it has surprising acidity for such a warm South Okanagan setting.
