Let It Bee Organic Cabernet Merlot Tempranillo 2024

Valencia, Valencia and Murcia, SpainI like these Let it Bee wines because they're juicy and fun to drink. The twist-off natural cork is equally easy to pull and replace. I'm not sure the cabernet adds much to the tempranillo and merlot in the blend, beyond a touch of astringency on the finish. Otherwise, the upfront fresh berries, mixed with plums and raspberries, welcome you in. The acidity is bright, and the palate is dry. It will need some food to round out the edges and soften the tannins, but it won't take much to tame this gulpable red. Grilled vegetables, burgers, or a meaty pasta dish all work here.
