Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceOne of the palest rosés in the south of France, Gris Blanc literally translates as "grey-white," referring to the wine's appearance and the grenache gris grape's pinkish-grey mutation. The '25 is made with mostly grenache grown around Tautavel between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. The nose is a subtle mix of strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and white flowers. The palate is feather-light and refreshing, pitching red berry, melon, and pink grapefruit with a touch of spritz to highlight its clean mineral finish.
